BREAKFAST:  

  • Capt. Sott\'s Banana pancakes with a touch of cinnamon
  • Omlet with your choice of stuffing
  • Assorted fruits, yogurt, granola
  • Eggs cooked to order and bacon
  • English muffins w/jellies
  • Juice, coffee and tea (cold cereals if requested in advance)

  LUNCH: 

  • Crab Cakes with Mango chili sauce and salad
  • French baguette with melted swiss and turkey
  • Albacore tuna wraps with pasta salad
  • Curried chicken salad in a pita w/lettuce, 
  • Seafood salad (crab & shrimp) on fresh bed of romaine
  • Polynesian Spinach salad with chicken and mandarin orange
  • Quesadillas with salsa and guacamole
 
DINNER:
  • Tuna steaks with wild rice and salad
  • Turkey tenderloin with grilled green beans
  • Shrimpkabobs with linguine in a cream sauce, Caesar salad
  • BBQ chicken grilled veggies or sweet potatoes
  • Mahi-Mahi with Mango Salsa w/basmati rice and salad
  • Fried-up Conch with rice and peas, spinach salad
  • Grilled Portobello mushrooms w/ couscous, steamed broccoli
  • Steaks upon request

SNACKS:  there will always be “munchies” onboard. Cookies, cheese ‘n crackers, fruits, nuts, granola bars, etc…for Happy Hour, usually a light pre-dinner…black bean salsa & chips, hummus & crackers, cheese platter & grapes.
