Pantelis is a positive, energetic person with outstanding communication abilities. To provide his guests the most enjoyable and unforgettable sailing experience, he always takes into account their preferences and combines them with his knowledge of the Greek islands! Chef: Sotiris Vlachos
Chef Sotiris Vlachos is a passionate and dedicated culinary professional with experience in both high-paced restaurant kitchens and yachting environments. Specializing in Mediterranean and Greek cuisine, he focuses on fresh ingredients and creative presentation to deliver flavorful, well-balanced dishes tailored to guests’ preferences.
Having progressed from junior roles to Head Chef positions, Sotiris brings strong skills in menu planning, provisioning, and kitchen management. He has a solid background in à la carte service, grill cuisine, and team supervision, combined with excellent organization and HACCP knowledge. His experience also includes onboard service, making him well-adapted to the demands and pace of life at sea.
He is known for his positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to continuous improvement, always aiming to create a memorable dining experience for guests.
Fluent in Greek and English, Sotiris is a reliable and adaptable team player who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and consistency to every charter.

His ability to anticipate guests' needs, enhance operations, and exceed expectations results in unforgettable and refined moments.
