Captain Butch and Constance Fox
Captain Butch and Constance provide a proven, well coordinated, superbly efficient team. Their yachting acumen, combined with an intuitive ability and attitude to just 'make it happen', foster a feeling of confidence and pleasure. As Captain, Butch offers years of yachting experience including the Virgin Islands, the Bahamas, Caribbean, the Sea of Cortez and the Gulf of Mexico as well and the Mediterranean. As a PADI Dive Master, he can also arrange and advise on diving and snorkeling excursions. As Chef/Mate, Constance has prepared meals and provided exemplary service for up to 30 guests in a variety of situations with rave reviews. Drawing upon a Mediterranean/International background, Constance routinely adapts her menus in the preparation of delicious, artfully presented, yet unpretentious food.
Their coordination and attention to detail, matched with professional discretion and a genuine sense of humor promote a solid, first rate environment for any charter. They are a seasoned, well traveled, bright and articulate team, prepared to offer charterers just the right combination of fun and service.
The team of Captain and Chef spent three years as ground operators outfitting and coordinating events for up to 1,100 guests at the Grand Bay Hotel located in Isla Navidad, Jaliso, Mexico. Activities included sport fishing, chartered yacht cruises, jet skies, diving and unique horse back riding and jeep excursions, as well as private tours. Their research developed safe and clean agents and contractors to facilitate these events and coordinated tour operators to ensure a first rate experience for guests.
