However, to give you an idea of what dishes can be prepared in our galley kitchen, cast your eyes over the following: Breakfast Breakfast can be anything from fruits, cereals and pastries, or to get you set for a full day of sailing you may want to indulge in a full hearty fry-up – the choice is yours! Lunch - Beef carpaccio with parmesan shavings on a bed of wild rocket
- Your very own fresh catch of the day, prepared to a tasty delight
- Seared tuna Niçoise salad with cherry tomatoes, new potatoes, black olives and haricot vert, served on a bed of rocket with spicy olive-oil and chilli-oil dressing
- Local grenadine red snapper on a bed of Asian noodles with hoi sin sauce and julienne of vegetables
Light lunch deserts - Fresh fruit platter
