MOON SHADOW   GUESTS COMMENTS October 08 A couple of weeks ago 8 couples joined force and rented two boats. Our captain was Keith and his first mate was Megan. Megan did most the work and he ran the boat. I have four main points that I would like to make in reference to this trip. First, Keith has the unique ability to make the trip fun and has the personality to make all go well. Second, Megan did an excellent job of helping Keith whenever he needed help and was a wonderful cook. She makes the trip worth while. Third, they are an excellent crew and get along well with the guests. Thanks to them we had a wonderful trip. Fourth, If I had a boat of this caliber I would like to have Keith and Megan be at the helm. They do an excellent job. If we ever come back to the BVI's we would like to sail with these two again. August 08 Last week we had the most wonderful, relaxing experience sailing with Keith and Megan on the catamaran yacht “Moon Shadow”. We were treated royally. Keith is an excellent captain,sailor & patient teacher and together with Megan as first mate they could not have entertained us better. Megan is a fantastic chef and amazed us with her culinary delights from the yachts galley. You are fortunate to have two of the most dedicated crew as employees & we wish them the best August I am writing to compliment the whole experience as it was truly amazing! From the moment we were picked up to the very last taxi ride to the airport the service we received was unbelievable, the main stars of our vacation were the crew on board our catamaran, Keith and Megan. From the moment we boarded the boat until the time we left they both treated myself and the other 3 guests with 5 star customer service skills, they were truly amazing. Keith and Megan put us all at ease with the wonderful safety induction and also safety reminders throughout the trip, one of our guests was a little scared of boats and she came home full of confidence and enthusiasm for a future boat trip. I must also mention the excellent cuisine that Megan conjured up, the food, drink and general service throughout the trip was 1st class and second to none, I would not hesitate in recommending this crew and indeed this vacation to anyone. This boat and crew are indeed a credit to your company and due to them we had a vacation of a lifetime, could you please pass on my sincere thanks to Keith and Megan and tell them that we hope to see them soon in the future, many thanks and thanks again.
