RE: Charter of the ReAction 6/21-6/24 2006 On behalf of the entire Glaser family, I’d like to express my utmost appreciation and thanks for your efforts in having us charter the ReAction last week. It was awesome! Likewise, I’d like to commend and applaud Mr. Ian Phillips and Polly for their efforts on the ReAction. Their interpersonal skills, attention to fine details and commitment to their customer’s satisfaction, make them a tremendous team in all aspects of the charter. Equally as important, I was personally impressed with the business like manner that Ian handled the entire charter while at the same time being the captain, the host, the “shuttle” driver and the dishwasher. He does an outstanding job for the owner of the ReAction! Our only regret is that we didn’t spend enough time on the charter and hope that we can reconcile that oversight by coming back in 2008 for at least a week long stay!
