Brian was a real entertainer, catching big lobsters for our dinner, etc. Stephanie was a fine chef, satisfying our taste and meeting our special request without any hesitance. This was our first yachting vacation, it met or exceeded all our expectations and preferences. Our crew was tremendously friendly and accommodating. Brian and Stephanie have very engaging personalities and both saw to it that our needs and desires were anticipated and provided for. They maintained a good attitude and demonstrated above all else, professionalism throughout. Brian exhibited sound judgment right off on some weather issues which greatly re-assured us. The meals were consistently outstanding! We reluctantly dined ashore one evening to give Chef Steph a much deserved break. Born "foodie" displayed talent and creativity every meal. Our 25th anniversary dinner was ethereal! The Acropora is a fine yacht, she always made heads turn when pulling up to anchor. Brian tended to necessary maintenance regularly albeit discreetly while we were ashore or after bedtime. We would love to return with our kids for Spring Break and are convinced that a high energy crew works best with kids and that can only mean Brian & Stephanie!" Ininerary is as desired. You are the Captain. Brian was not only an accomplished sailor but a good master. He was an excellent "mother hen" to a 55 year old diver!
