Breakfast
Rum & Caramel Apple stuffed French Toast, Smoked salmon and wild mushroom Quiche, Fresh veggie frittata, Blueberry and ricotta filled blintz, fresh herb omelets.
All breakfast served with fresh island fruit, coffee and your choice of juices. Healthier options are always available.
Lunch
Crab Gazpacho, Thai steak wraps, fresh local fish kabobs, Mustard-thyme grilled chicken salad.
Hors/Starters
Goat cheese phyllo wraps, Italian tomato tart, Asian tuna nachos, seared scallops with a sun-dried tomato burre blanc, chilled red pepper soup, vertical tuna tartar, homemade butternut squash ravioli.
Dinner
Grilled Mahi with a mango/papaya chutney and coconut rice, Pistachio encrusted rack of lamb with white truffle risotto, Grilled Tuna with a hoisen-ginger reduction and a sweet potato pancake. Succulent cranberry glazed duck breast served with balsamic glazed cipollini onion and wild mushroom grits.
Desserts
Coffee-brandy crème brule, Classic Tiramisu, Molten chocolate cake served with a peppermint chocolate sauce, Vanilla panna cotta served with fresh strawberries. Pinot noir poached pears.
