Breakfast
• Smoked Salmon Croque madam. • Pancetta and spinach bread pudding. • Onion bagels with tomato and jalapeno salsa. • Chocolate chip pancakes with chocolate butter. • Goat cheese and asparagus or free style omelets. All breakfasts served with a fruit platter, selection of yoghurts & cereals, muffins or pastries, juices, teas and coffees.

Lunch
• Lobster and avocado salad. • Tequila Lime Shrimp wraps. • Grilled Steak salad with horseradish dressing. • Jerk Pork kebabs. • Chicken and almond salad. Lunches are accompanied by a selection of salads and warm bread. Cookies or cake will be baked for after lunch or the late afternoon.

Appetizers

Dinner
• Rolled Beef Bracole with roasted tomato and Chianti sauce. • Tarragon and pecan crusted Salmon. • Cornish hens with Apricot Armagnac compote. • Frenched Lamb Rack with gooseberry mint sauce. • Seared scallop risotto with papaya and black bean salsa. All served with a selection of premium wines.

Dessert

• Pear and Ginger cheesecake. • Hazelnut pavlova with coffee cream. • Mango cream pie. • Pineapple rum chocolate crepes. • Classic Tiramisu. All desserts followed by coffee and your choice of liquor and a sweet treat.
