Morne is a 30-year old passionate sailor and adventure enthusiast from South Africa whose love for the ocean and natural world guides both his personal and professional life. As a certified RYA Offshore sailor, cruising instructor, and PADI Rescue diver, Morne has built a career across international waters, with notable experiences including two Atlantic crossings and extensive sailing along the South African coast, Croatia, Greece, and the Caribbean. His mission extends beyond traditional sailing; he strives to create life-changing experiences that unite people, reminding them of a simpler, untouched beauty often forgotten in modern life. Morne’s professionalism is complemented by his warm, homelike approach, making every journey not just about the destination, but about the connections made along the way. A skilled boat builder and outdoor adventurer, he is equally at home diving, surfing, rock climbing, and playing guitar, always eager to share these passions with others. Born from a deep passion for French gastronomy, lovingly passed on by her grandmother, she dedicates herself to fulfilling every culinary and daily desire.
Building on her success in fusion cuisine, she unites tradition with inspiration from her travels to craft unique creations — fine, delicate, balanced, and colorful — from starters to desserts, pâtisserie, breakfasts, appetizers, and amuse-bouches.
Trained at the prestigious Hotel & Catering High School “Paul Augier”, and having worked alongside chefs who collaborated with culinary legends such as Paul Bocuse, Alain Ducasse, and Virginie Basselot, she brings all of her talent to the table to deliver intense culinary emotions, tailored to each client’s desires.

Simao, a 26-year-old Portuguese deckhand, brings five years of Australian coastal living and a lifetime of passion for the ocean to his role on board. An avid surfer, diver, snowboarder, and rock climber, Simao embodies the adventurous spirit, resilience, and adaptability that life at sea demands. His extensive experience in hospitality has honed his skills in delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. With a strong work ethic and a love for the outdoors, Simao is a valuable asset to any yacht crew, ready to contribute his energy and dedication to every voyage.
