The on-board gastronomic offer is the result of a cultural journey inspired by the recipes of Sicilian cuisine, a wonderful legacy of its Arab and Norman history, based on traditional pasta dishes, fresh fish of the day raw or cooked with the aromas of the Mediterranean, seasonal vegetables, fruit and almond sweets.

In the on-board cellar the wines of Sicilian production are available: Nero d'avola, Syrah, Salina red wines, Malvasia delle Lipari, Grillo and Catarratto.
