- Black risotto (Squid risotto with red wine, lettuce, and Dalmatian cheese)
- Buzara (Shrimps with onion, wine, parsley, tomato sauce, olive oil)
- Fish skewer (Squids, octopus, shrimps, ..., pesto, vegetables, cheese)
- Hvar gregada (Freshly caught whitefish is simmered with sliced potatoes, garlic, onion, tomatoes, rosemary, and white wine)
MEAT MENU:
