There is no VAT on tourism services in Oman, but guests should be aware of potential border crossing fees from UAE into Oman (approximately AED 35 per person).
Base Overnight Rate (24 Hours) includes yacht accommodation, snorkelling, kayaking, meals, and soft drinks.
Full-board meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are included. The cuisine level is a luxury dining experience with fresh seafood, Arabic and international dishes.
A set menu can be provided, but guests can request customised options for an extra charge.
Soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee are included.
Alcoholic Beverages (custom selection) – price on request or pre-order
Standard fuel for normal cruising areas is included in the price. However, if guests request extended routes or high-speed travel, additional fuel charges may apply.
Price will be set per night for up to 14 guests.
20% APA should be sufficient based on all the inclusions above.

Diving: per person, per session (includes equipment and guide). Private Island Camping: Setup fee per night (includes tents and essentials).
Beach BBQ: per person charge for premium dining
Water Sports: charged per session for activities like jet skiing or wake boarding

All Inclusive
All inclusive normally means: Captain, professional chef, 3 meals each day with wine, full ships bar (excluding vintage wines, champagne, dockage and communication), water toys and all on deck amenities. Please check with clearing house/Central Agent to confirm rates & availability.

Not Included: Bar, Beverages and local Taxes extra (Typical for yachts in St Martin to Grenada.)
Plus Expenses / Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA)
In addition to the charter fee, you will also be asked to pay an APA of 25-30% of the charter fee. This is given to the yacht in cash prior to your charter to allow the captain to buy fuel and provision the yacht as per your demands. At the end of the charter, the captain will produce full accounts of all expenditure. You will either be refunded any money not used or asked to pay any additional costs not covered by the APA.
