  SİMPLE MENU -7 DAYS- 
                                        Breakfast 
 
Feta,Cheddar Cheese, Olives,Butter, Honey,Jam,Fried or boiled Eggs,Salami, 
Beef Sausage, Fresh Tomatoes, Cucumber, Omelette or Menemen, (scrambles 
eggs with vege), Filo-pastry, Pancake, Yogurt Juices,Tea or Coffee. 
Note: Breakfast consists of the choices above. 
 
Day 1 
                 
                                                         Dinner 
     Oven-baked potatoes, grilled sea bream, shrimp casserole and roasted 
eggplant, tomato salad and baklava for dessert.                                                         -

Oven baked Chicken,rice with vermicelli, Filo-pastry stuffed with cheese and 
parsley,Purslane with Yoghurt Brocolli Salad,Seasonal Salad,Fresh Fruits or İce

Grilled Meatballs or Mixed Turkish Kebab with ,Shakshuka(fried vege topped 
with yoghurt),Courgette with Olive oil,Tomato Salad followed by delicious

Aubergine with Minced Meat,Grill Vegetables, Tzatziki (yoghurt, cucumber, mint 
and garlic), Bulgur rice, Green salad and Fresh Fruits.

Grilled Seabass served with Greek Salad,Prawn Sautee,Fried 
Calamari,Aubergine Salad,Kidney Beans with Olive Oil followed by Havla(made 
with Semolina)ice cream

 Grilled chicken, spaghetti bolognese with Cheddar cheese, zucchini patties,
