Dear Ryan & Julia,
What a week! This has been a trip we’ve anticipated for over a year and it has exceeded our anticipations in a way I never dreamed. You two are a “dream team” and your heart of services shines through. Thank you for taking care of us throughout the whole time including the rough start. The itinerary was ideal and we loved the fact that you took care of the decisions and details for us. The food was amazing. There’s not enough adjectives to say how yummy. You can bet your numbers are saved and I’ll be recommending you both to everyone i know!! Best of luck in the future and we hope to reconnect one day soon!

John and I truly appreciate everything you did to make this a trip of a lifetime for us. The food, day after day was beyond measure. It still amazes me how you were able to compile such a broad spectrum of ingredients for each breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. The itinerary for the week could not have been better suited for everyone in our group. Last but not least, the patience and kindness you bestowed on us will forever be in our memories - until we meet again.

Julia - to say the meals were amazing would be an understatement. Our taste buds were always eager for the next chance to enjoy your next creation. The presentations were beautiful only to be outdone by the flavour profiles you put together. We will definitely be stealing some of your ideas when we get home. Thank you so much for all you did for us this week. We knew it was going to be great but had no idea how great and it was all because of you. The itinerary was awesome the food was amazing and you made us feel at home, on a boat. We spend a lot of time taking care of other people so thank you for taking care of us!
