Example 1.

  • Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.
  • Salted anchovy and carpaccio anchovy, served with local bread and aged cheese.
  • Grilled calamari with Mediterranean herbs, garlic, and Swiss chard (blitva) with potatoes.
  • Dessert: Ice cream 

Example 2.

  • Cold pasta salad with tuna, olives, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Black risotto (Crni rižot—cuttlefish) or grilled sea bass with roasted Mediterranean vegetables.
  • Dessert: Fresh seasonal fruit (figs, watermelon). Cake.

Example 3.

  • Mediterranean Mezze Platter (hummus, feta, olives, cheese) with prosciutto.
  • Octopus or lamb peka (slow-cooked under a iron bell) with potatoes, paired with local red wine.
  • Dessert: Dubrovnik rozata (custard pudding) or Croatian cherry strudel.
