Chef Pierre was born and raised in France having sailed since his childhood all over the Mediterranean sea on the family yacht. He is a passionate chef with a unique blend of culinary expertise and a love for the sea. Two years ago, I made a life-changing decision to pursue my dreams by combining
my two passions: cooking and yachting. After completing formal training, I have dedicated myself to creating exceptional dining experiences on board, using fresh, local ingredients.
1st Mate Josh is South African embarking in the yachting industry, having come from a sailing background from a very young age, he is the perfect fit to help on deck Josh is a friendly, bubbly, active young man who loves to get the guests involved in water sports. He will help you learn how to E foil with ease and is always on hand to set you up with snorkel gear and sea bobs and paddle boards.
Stew Kasia started her journey in the charter industry four years ago, sailing in the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and across the Atlantic Ocean. She is a dedicated doctorate student with a deep passion for psychology which brings a unique blend of knowledge and care to her role as a stewardess aboard Halcyon. Her mindful approach ensures that each guest’s needs are met with attention and empathy, fostering an atmosphere of calm and well-being. Whether it’s through thoughtful conversations or creating a serene onboard environment, Kasia is committed to enhancing the experience for every guest.
