"Growing up by the seaside, I developed a deep love for the sea and boats, which made choosing a career in yachting an easy decision. With 7 years of experience working on various ships, I eventually had the opportunity to become a skipper in the yachting industry here in my homeland.

Throughout my journey, I’ve gained extensive knowledge about boats, engines, maintenance, and much more. I’ve always had a passion for working with guests, as I love meeting new people and learning about different cultures. My time spent abroad has also helped me improve my English skills.

Sailing is not just myprofession but my passion. My goal is to offer every guest an unforgettable, enjoyable, and safe holiday experience. I am very proud to have the opportunity to share the breathtaking beauty of the Croatian coast and islands with you."


NIKOLIJA BARETIC (Yacht Cook/Hostess)

Nikolija Baretić is a highly creative and detail-oriented Yacht Chef and Hostess with a background in fine arts and fashion design, combined with a deep passion for gastronomy. With extensive experience on board high-end sailing and motor yachts, she excels in delivering unforgettable guest experiences, from menu creation and gourmet meal preparation to elegant table settings and luxury-level service.

Fluent in Croatian and English, Nikolija brings excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a strong sense of hospitality. Her artistic eye and culinary talent allow her to craft personalized and visually stunning holiday experiences for discerning charter guests across the Mediterranean.

As a trained painter, she also offers a unique "Wine & Paint" evening onboard, inviting guests to relax and explore their creativity while enjoying curated local wines and a magical sunset setting—a thoughtful touch that blends culture and connection into every charter.
