George is the owner of a traditional Greek restaurant, blending authenticity with modern street food appeal. He has also been the head chef for the Royal Saudi Family for over 3 years. George has also advanced training in molecular gastronomy and pastry arts and delivers refined, health-conscious, and creative menus.
