Nelia is creative with the presentation and flexible, subject to guests’ requirements, always having mind any allergies, intolerance, or special diets they may have. It is always helpful for her to get as much information as possible from the guests so she can fully adapt to their expectations and bring them the best culinary experience on board. She likes working with a team and is always trying to make everyone happy during charters.

Born in Argentina and Spanish nationality. Carlos speaks Spanish and basic English. He has lived since he was 20 years old in Spain, Province of Alicante on the Costa Blanca, lover of the sea and nautical sports, he has been working in the nautical industry for 16 and a half years.
