Etienne speaks Maltese, English and Italian, so is well positioned to communicate with a range of guests. Raisa is a seasoned hospitality professional with over a decade of experience in the yachting and luxury events industry. Her career has taken her across the Mediterranean, the USA, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean, essentially, anywhere the sun shines, where she has consistently delivered exceptional culinary and guest experiences.
With a strong foundation in both private chef work and high-end event coordination, Raisa is passionate about bringing people together through great food. Her cooking style is fresh, vibrant, and guest-centric, always tailored to suit diverse tastes, cultures, and dietary needs. She brings an upbeat, energetic presence to the galley, creating dishes that not only taste incredible but also elevate the onboard atmosphere.

Kimberley Farrugia - Deckhand
Kimberley is a dedicated and adaptable Deckhand/Stewardess with more than six years of experience aboard private and charter motor yachts ranging from 16 to 33 meters. Her most notable tenure was nearly six years on M/Y GAIA II, where she advanced from general deck duties to more technical responsibilities, including maintenance, engine room support, and comprehensive guest service.
Kimberley has also contributed to vessel deliveries, night watches, and watersports setup on yachts such as M/Y PALMAX and M/Y Layazula. She holds key certifications including STCW95, a VHF License, and a Food Handling License B, with over 4,500 nautical miles logged. Her Yachtmaster 200GT theory is complete, and she is eager to continue honing her technical and service skills in new, challenging environments.
Known for her proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and warm, can-do attitude, Kimberley thrives in team settings and takes pride in delivering a seamless, welcoming experience for guests onboard.
