"Mr. Charterer" and friends had an amazing time onboard and loved the boat and crew. I would work with Capt. Ryan any day, he was excellent. The best part was "Mr. Charterer" said how happy the crew were about the gratuity unlike his last Captain who pretty much bullied him to bring the tip up to 20% - that is so refreshing to hear!
