CHARTER FEE, season 2024:
A) Until June 1 / From September 21 ..................................20.000 €

1. CHARTER FEE
Includes: Accommodation for a maximum of 12 guests in 6 cabins, the crew of 4 and their expenses, insurance of the yacht, fuel for 4 h of engine work daily, generator work 24/7, fuel for tender transfers to/from the vessel, the use of recreational equipment, tourist taxes, Wi-Fi, VAT of 13%.
2. FOOD OPTIONS
Half board food option: 490 EUR per pax/week, 70 EUR per pax/day
Full board food option: 730 EUR per pax/week, 110 EUR per pax/day
Discounts on food options for children: from 0-2 years of age free of charge, from 2-10 years of age -50% discount, from 10 - 12 years of age - 30% discount.
Extra meal charge: 50 € pax/meal.
3. BEVERAGE OPTIONS
All-inclusive beverages package - includes Croatian quality wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, natural and mineral water, coffee, tea, and juices: 245 € pax/week, 35 € pax/day.
All-inclusive non-alcoholic beverages package: 105 € pax/week, 15 € pax/day.
The beverage options include beverages produced or bottled in Croatia. The charterer is allowed to bring beverages on board regardless of the chosen option. Additional beverages can be supplied on behalf of the charterer at the charterer's request.
The charterer will advise prior to the charter on selected food and beverage options. This cost is to be paid with the charter balance.
EXTRA COSTS
- Port, marina fees, and anchorages
- National Park and Park of Nature entrances
- Dubrovnik visit fee on Split – Split route: 1.200 €
- Delivery Fee for embarkation/disembarkation in any other port except base port, if “empty leg” caused, e.g., one way from Split to/from Dubrovnik: 1.200 €
- Extra navigation: 70 €/h (This cost is already included in the Delivery and the Dubrovnik Visit Fee)
- Fuel for tender-operated watersports
- Any other cost not specifically mentioned as included
Above mentioned prices DO NOT INCLUDE:
Transfers to or from the yacht/hotel/airport, shore excursions, adverse activities (scuba diving, big game fishing, rafting…), guided tours, gratuities/tips for the crew (the industry’s standard is 5% to 15% of the base charter rate, given at the Charterers discretion).
Booking terms:
The option is placed on an explicit e-mail request and is active until an agreed date. Booking needs to be confirmed while the option is active. The option expires after the agreed date without special warning. Please take care of your option expiration. Booking is confirmed when the agreement is signed by both parties and the deposit paid.
Payment conditions:
Deposit: 50% of the charter fee – immediately, as confirmation of booking.
Balance: 50% of charter fee + Obligatory additional cost - not later than 6 weeks before charter commencement.
Mean of payment: wire transfer to the account of the Central Agency.

All Inclusive
All inclusive normally means: Captain, professional chef, 3 meals each day with wine, full ships bar (excluding vintage wines, champagne, dockage and communication), water toys and all on deck amenities. Please check with clearing house/Central Agent to confirm rates & availability.

All meals included.
Not Included: Bar, Beverages and local Taxes extra (Typical for yachts in St Martin to Grenada.)
Plus Expenses / Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA)
In addition to the charter fee, you will also be asked to pay an APA of 25-30% of the charter fee. This is given to the yacht in cash prior to your charter to allow the captain to buy fuel and provision the yacht as per your demands. At the end of the charter, the captain will produce full accounts of all expenditure. You will either be refunded any money not used or asked to pay any additional costs not covered by the APA.
All rates are for the entire yacht and are subject to change without notice
