APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance)
The APA is a deposit that covers operational expenses during the charter, including fuel, provisions, beverages, dockage, park fees, and local taxes. It is paid with the Charter Fee and managed by the captain, who maintains detailed accounts available upon request. If the APA becomes insufficient during the charter, the client will be notified and asked to provide additional funds. At charter's end, the captain presents a final account and any remaining balance is reimbursed directly to the client.

Sleep Aboard: ½ the daily rate. Includes boarding after 5 pm, welcome cocktail & appetizer, breakfast the next morning, and early departure. Dinner ashore at the client’s expense.
