Captain - Wesley Walker
Wesley comes from Cape Town South Africa. After completing 3 years of studies in Hotel Management he moved to London and started working in various high-class hotels.
Soon after he left and moved to Sunny Mallorca in 2002 where he started his yachting career. He has been sailing extensively through the Mediterranean, the Red Sea as well as the Caribbean. Mallorca has been home for more than 22 years and loves the Balearic island he calls home.
Wesley has a huge passion for high-end service due to his past studies and always wants to make sure the guests get the best possible service.
Wesley has recently taken over Command of Pandion Pearl and he is very much looking forward to a successful charter season ahead

Chief Officer - Marco Swanepoel
Marco was born in Sunny South Africa and has been in the yachting industry for over seven years. His love for the ocean pulled him towards it from a very young age and he began racing various sized boats and jet skis. Whilst travelling the world on delivery voyages of sail boats, he discovered his love for working at sea and then began his career in the superyacht industry. A self-declared ‘water baby’, Marco loves all water sports, especially where speed is involved! He is a very outgoing and energetic individual who loves meeting people from different cultures and learning new perspectives. He strives to achieve perfection for guests during their charter and always keeps them entertained.

Bosun - Curtis Fontaine
Curtis comes from Dominica, he was raised in Florida and lived in Antigua a big part of his life as well. With a rich professional experience spanning over 22 years at sea, Curtis has developed a diverse skill set ranging from varnishing to bartending. He initially began his yachting career as a chef before transitioning to deck duties. Curtis’s upbringing in various coastal regions has instilled in him a deep love for the sea and a natural affinity for life onboard a yacht. As a bosun, Curtis brings his wealth of experience and versatile skill set to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the yacht. His proactive approach and problem-solving abilities make him an invaluable asset onboard. Curtis’s genuine concern for others and willingness to lend a helping hand contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. Outside of work, Curtis enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s fishing, hiking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the ocean. His energy, enthusiasm, and powerful smile are sure to make the guests’ experience truly memorable.

Deckhand - Lourick Fourie
Lourick’s upbringing in George Town, South Africa has instilled in him a strong work ethic, great adaptability to various challenges and deep appreciation for nature. He is a dedicated and compassionate crew member, bringing a blend of hard work, outdoor enthusiasm, and genuine kindness with him into the mix. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile will ensure guests best possible experience and satisfaction during their holiday onboard. Outside of work, Lourick is passionate about exploring new trails and embarking on various adventures. His love for hiking and traveling reflects his adventurous spirit and desire to discover new places and experiences.

Chef - Joel Chapman
Originally from Liverpool, UK, Joel now resides in the serene English Lake District. With 17 years of culinary experience, honing his skills in the prestigious settings of Michelin-starred restaurants and fine dining pubs, his ability to cater to high-profile clientele truly stands out.
His professional journey took a thrilling turn when he joined yachting industry two years ago, where he continued refining his gastronomic skills. Joel’s culinary philosophy resolves around simplicity and authenticity, with the soft spot for Italian cuisine.

Chief Stewardess - Aisza Kolodziejczyk
Aisza was born in Warsaw, Poland and has a Masters degree in Psychology from Warsaw University of Social Sciences and Humanities. During her studies she also worked as an HR Consultant, as well as participating in multiple volunteering programs which led her as far afield as Uganda. Her passion for travel and adventure then led her to the yachting industry, where she enjoys providing high quality service to create unforgettable holiday experiences for her guests. In her free time she loves diving, water sports and the outdoors, so life on the water suits her perfectly!

2nd Stewardess - Madisun King
Madisun is from a vibrant city of Cape Town, South Africa. Growing up in the beautiful scenery of the west coast, she formed her connection to the wildlife and the ocean. Following her career as an interior designer, Madisun’s love for travel and hospitality led her to embark on her yachting journey. As part of the interior crew, Madisun utilizes her creative background and keen eye for detail to ensure guests enjoyable experience onboard. Her dedication to providing exceptional service and creating inviting spaces contributes to the overall ambiance of luxury and comfort. In her free time, Madisun indulges in her hobbies of photography, hiking and free diving.

3rd Stewardess - Nadine Aimar
Nadine was born in Santiago, Chile, and spent her formative years between Italy, Argentina, embracing her Argentinian-Italian heritage. She pursued Italian Literature at the University of Cordoba, and later joined her family running and Italian restaurant for nine years. Transitioning from teaching and caregiving roles to working in hotels, eventually her career led her to the maritime industry, to which she developed huge passion for. Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English, Nadine fosters connections across cultures effortlessly. She is always focused on fulfilling the guests needs and make their comfort and satisfaction her number 1 priority. Outside of work Nadine enjoys an active lifestyle, including gym workouts, yoga, cycling and soaking up the sun near the sea whenever possible.
