We had the most wonderful trip exploring the BVI’s and a final day in St. John’s. Some of our favorite things we did were visit WillyT’s, karaoke at Foxxie’s, eating lobster on Anegada and the pizza boat!! Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without Captain Shane and Lily!! This is a trip we will never forget!!We had the most wonderful trip exploring the BVI’s and a final day in St. John’s. This is our 4th trip to St John’s and Shane & Lily showed us almost all brand new places and snorkel sites to us. We went to some of the most beautiful places we’ve ever seen! We had such a blast on our first trip aboard the Guiding Light. The snorkeling was epic everywhere we stopped, as Mona said “like swimming in an aquarium”. The stops at Hideaway Caye and Ranguana were special highlights. We loved the DOTDs – goombay smash being quite a hit! It was the first time our whole family had been on a sailboat in over 15 years, and Jack’s first Cannon family adventure. Y’all made it so special and effortless. We loved our second trip (& 2nd Christmas) on the Guiding Light! Exploring the islands of Belize was amazing with Captain Shane. Our favorite events were swimming on the beautiful beaches and sandbars, finding islands that we had all to ourselves, and jumping off the boat with Captain Shane & Lily. Santa even came to visit Christmas morning! We will never forget our Christmas Eve adventure next to the cruise ship island :) and the miracle of getting to Tutti Fruiti ice cream before they closed! First time on a cat, won’t be our last! Had an amazing time floating down the Rio, hiking waterfalls, swimming with nurse sharks, racing dolphins, helping baby turtles to get to sea, and so many more memorable things it’s hard to list them all.
