Chef Bartul Kačić creates menus inspired by the Adriatic coast, seasonal ingredients, and international cuisine, offering relaxed yet elegant dining tailored to life at sea.

The day begins with a carefully curated breakfast selection, ranging from light continental options to indulgent brunch experiences. Guests may enjoy Mediterranean-style breakfasts featuring local cheeses, Dalmatian prosciutto, fresh fruit, homemade pastries, and premium olive oil, alongside classic American and English breakfast options prepared in a refined, modern style. Lighter wellness choices such as smoothie bowls, fresh juices, avocado toast, granola, and organic eggs are also available, as well as Italian-inspired breakfasts, Asian selections, and fully customized brunch menus tailored to individual preferences.

Throughout the day, a selection of appetizers and light bites is served for casual dining, sharing, or sunset moments on deck. Fresh bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil reflects Mediterranean simplicity and freshness, while club sandwiches with chicken, tomato, crisp salad, and sweet mustard provide a satisfying yet light option. Charcuterie and cheese platters are thoughtfully composed with premium cured meats, artisan cheeses, pistachios, crackers, olives, dried fruits, and sweet preserves, offering a balanced combination of savory and sweet flavors ideal for relaxed onboard dining.

The soup selection brings together comfort and elegance through seasonal inspiration, offering both warm and chilled options. Highlights include slow-cooked Dalmatian tomato soup made from fresh local ingredients, creamy cauliflower and truffle soup finished with brown butter, and a refreshing pea and mint soup. During warmer days, chilled gazpacho and cucumber soup with basil and mint provide a light and refreshing alternative.

Main courses follow a flexible “what we find, we create” philosophy, focusing on the freshest available market ingredients and Adriatic seafood. Guests may enjoy dishes such as Adriatic tuna steak with parsley cream, sea bass prepared “al cartoccio,” traditional brodetto served with parmesan polenta, as well as shrimp risotto, black cuttlefish risotto, and seasonal pasta dishes inspired by Mediterranean and Italian coastal cuisine. Meat selections include local beefsteak served with sweet potato purée or risotto Milanese, lamb chops with butter-glazed peas and truffle potatoes, alongside lighter options such as Roman carbonara, cacio e pepe, fresh stir-fries, and vegetarian dishes tailored to guest preferences.
