DAY BREAK

Brazilian Tapioca- Yuca flour crèpe, prepared sweet or savory

Crew’s Favorite Shrimp Salad- Honey garlic shrimp, mixed greens and romaine, feta cheese, carrot, bellpepper, cucumber, green olive, creamy herb dressing

Blackened Mahi Southwest Salad- Mixed greens, sweet corn, avocado, black beans, bell pepper, cilantro lime vinaigrette

Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl- Quinoa, avocado, mango, cucumber, wakami, mixed greens, sesame ginger dressing

Shrimp Tacos, tropical salsa and a spicy sriracha mayo

Blackened Grouper Sandwich on brioche bun topped with arugula, capers, lemon horseradish, cornichons tartar sauce, mixed greens
