Although he originally completed aeronautical high school and later studied mechanical engineering, his true calling led him to gastronomy after working in a pizzeria during his student years.
Eager to perfect his craft, Milan continued his culinary education through prestigious MasterClass programs with Gordon Ramsay and Jean-Pierre, constantly developing new techniques and flavors.
