The 40 Crew - March 2025

Thank you for making the beginning of my 40th year of life one that will last a lifetime. Your warmth, gracious hospitality and genuine sweetness of character truly made each day easy. Emma, your cooking and baking and sense of aesthetics for each dish matched the sensational lad and waterscapes that Adrian sailed us into. Adrian, I personally looked forward to your cocktail creations each night and slept like a dream knowing we were safely looked after while on our temporary ocean time. You are both exceptional people with experience beyond your young years. It is quite impressive. Thank you for giving us your time and attention and for making each day equally, if not more, fun that the next. We wish you both a lifetime of love, prosperity and fun! Adrian and Emma were absolutely the best. They were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely accommodating. They are both talented, the food was amazing we were able to see and do so many things we were hoping to!

The meals were amazing! Everything we hoped for and more. They were spot on with our preference sheets.

We loved the snorkeling, the food, and being able to spend time with each other and relax.

We had one day of swell that was a little rough on the group but that had absolutely nothing to do with the crew.

Big Birthday Celebration - January 2025

There are not enough words in the world to thank you for this amazing experience. We all kept saying to each other “everything happens for a reason” and that brough us all together. Thank you for making Cathy’s 50th birthday so special, as I’m sure you’ve noticed she is spectacular herself. Thank you for taking such great care of us with the most amazing meals, the CLEANEST glassware, the never ending coffee pots, every single Jim Carey reference and of course the straightest Pina Coladas. Also, thank s for making us the COOLEST people on the beach with hand (paddleboard) delivered lunch. We wish you the happiest, luckiest, wonderful…est marriage (3 months! Ah!). It was such a pleasure to witness the love and best vibes that radiate off you two. We love and will miss you with so many laughs, views and daily bacon. See you in 2026! Thank you so much! Everyone had a great time we’re so very thankful for our crew, Emma and Adrian. They were amazing. Emma is a really awesome chef. She made every single meal a delight for everyone. And Adrian was very experienced captain. He had great ideas of where to go was spot on with weather assessments and routes to take for better experiences. 😎

Everyone on our trip wanted to sail again with these two. They made an awesome team! The boat was good too! The accommodations on board suited our group very well. The boat for being as old as it is was in excellent shape. The linens and cushions were brand new with no wear showing. Cabins were cleaned every day, with beds made and linens restocked if needed. The bar and coolers were stocked with everything we asked for and more. The meals were superb.

Two of the most amazing people I have ever met! Thank you for making my once in a lifetime trip absolutely perfect! Y'all have a special place in my heart. Your kindness and patience was so appreciated. You are a part of my family now.

Recommendations:
All the incredible snorkelling spots, the baths, the caves...Adrian's world-class cocktails (Basil Smash especially!). Soggy Dollar and Monkey Point were fan favorites.

Favorite meals:
Poke bowls, fillet mingionion and Tuscan prawn pasta and how could I forget the delicious Key Lime Pie and showstopper birthday cake surprise!

Emma was AMAZING! If there was a higher score than a 10/10, I would give it to her! She is an amazing chef and truly went above and beyond for our meals. Her food was better than the food I got on the islands! Her personality was spot on and she made us feel right at home from the second we stepped on board. We truly lucked out with the best Chef in the biz.

Emma was the best Chef we could have asked for. Her food was incredible and she was so good about incorporating food for all the different allergies. She felt like a part of our friend group and our week would not have been the same without he

From the first breakfast we were blown away by Emma's skills in the kitchen! The most beautiful dishes, cooked to perfection. Every single day! Made on a little kitchen, in a tight sailboat, with 11 people flying around her. I wonder why she doesn't work in a *** Michelin. Hold on to this one. Thank you Emma

Emma was amazing. I was honestly shocked by not only the quality, but display of food she cooked for us over the week. Despite dealing with various dietary restrictions, she continuously prepared fresh and healthy meals for our crew and made sure we knew
our plans and itinerary for each day.

Emma literally made our week. I can't imagine booking a trip like this again without her! She is such a ray of sunshine, so funny and a blast to be around. Her cooking is an 11/10. She gave us tons of good tips about what to do/see at all the different stops. I had a birthday during the week and she made it so special. Love you Emma!!!!"

Nov 2024 "The trip was perfect and exceeded every expectation"

What was the highlight of your charter? Really everything. The trip was perfect and exceeded every expectation. North Sound was probably my favorite spot if I had to pick one.

Favorite memory? Friday sail down from North Sound to Great Harbor as the sun was setting.

Best things about your crew? They were amazing. Exceeded every expectation. She nailed all the meals. Literally every meal we had was awesome. He was a fantastic captain and we really enjoyed their company as if they were part of our group. Next time we go, as long as they are sailing in the BVIs, we wouldn’t want to go with anyone else!
