Meet Captain Rico van Rooyen, a South African captain whose sailing journey started in 2023. As a commercially endorsed Yachtmaster offshore he loves to sail and explore the water that surrounds him. His career is a testament to his dedication to excellence, with a focus on delivering top-quality service. Rico's passion for sailing goes beyond the professional realm; it reflects his genuine connection to the ocean and the joy of sharing that experience with others. Growing up next to the water, Rico spent a lot of time on boats doing water sports where he gained vast knowledge in this area. This is where Rico found his love for being on the water and knew he would excel in this industry.

Meet Chef Natalia, a passionate culinary talent with over a decade of experience in yacht hospitality. Originally from Uruguay, Natalia brings a fresh and creative approach to cuisine—rooted in her cultural heritage and inspired by global flavors. Known for her vibrant, healthy dishes and artistic pastries, she delights guests with every meal served onboard.
Her calm and team-oriented personality makes her a joy to have on board, and her attention to detail ensures every plate is thoughtfully prepared. From busy charter seasons in Greece and Mallorca to private family cruises across Europe, Natalia’s experience is both broad and impressive.

When she’s not in the galley, you’ll find her sailing, gardening, cycling, or exploring new destinations in search of her next culinary inspiration.
